Accessibility at the Arena:
We are proud of our Live Access Scheme here at the Arena, as it allows as many fans as possible to enjoy the events they love. There are a few ways you can book your ticket.
Live Access Scheme:
If you require a carer to attend, you can become a member of our Live Access Scheme. Download an application form here. (Please note it can take up to 14 days for your application to be processed). When you join our Live Access Scheme, you will then receive a membership number to quote when booking tickets via our Access Team. Our staff will be able to advise you on ticket availability, and also on arrangements in advance of attending the event you have secured Access tickets for.
Telephone:
If you would like to book tickets by telephone you can call our accessibility team on 029 2023 4509 or alternatively, get in touch using the contact us form below.
Online:
To book online using Ticketmaster just select the required Accessible Ticket from the Accessible Tickets list for the show you want to attend. Then select the required seat from the options displayed on the seating map. Please note, by purchasing an Accessible ticket online, you confirm that you, or a member of your party require Accessible tickets. Proof of disability, Personal Independence Payment, Disability Living Allowance, Carers/Attendance Allowance, Letter from a medical professional must be provided prior to the event and forwarded to us or Ticketmaster. If misuse of tickets is suspected/found, tickets may be cancelled, without opportunity to re-book. We expect demand to be high and tickets to sell out quickly on-line.
When you arrive:
We want to help make your evening with us as enjoyable as possible.
There is an access ramp at the venue that is situated at the front of the building, for example. We also have a dedicated queue for our Live Access patrons.
When inside the building, stewards are available to help and guide you, and our Live Access team are on hand. We have toilets and bars located on every floor, and we have a restaurant & bars on the second floor (Level 2). For more information about facilities before you arrive and for a virtual tour head here. You can find seating plans here, or if you have a question about seating you can give our Live Access Team a ring on 029 2023 4509
We welcome attendees who need to bring medicines, food or drink to manage a medical condition, or medical equipment. Please contact our Access team to discuss your needs. In case of any emergency, speak with any of our stewards or security staff situated around the venue.

We charge a £20 deposit for the hearing loop equipment which will be refunded upon its return.
