The Welsh Open, one of the highlights of the snooker calendar, returns to Cardiff from February 26 to March 4 2018.
The Welsh Open has a rich history as one of snooker’s longest running tournaments, a ranking event every year since 1992. Ronnie O’Sullivan and John Higgins share the record for most titles, with four apiece, while last season Stuart Bingham lifted the trophy for the first time after beating Judd Trump 9-8 in a thrilling final.

The tournament forms part of the Home Nations series along with the English Open, Northern Ireland Open and Scottish Open.
