L2 Restaurant & Bar Ticket Upgrade
Enjoy two courses at our L2 Restaurant & Bar for just £25 per adult on top of your purchased ticket and just £4.99 per child (includes a main, dessert and a drink).
Our Restaurant upgrade has been designed to make your evening even more enjoyable. The upgrade includes early entry into the venue through a designated entrance - that means no queuing outside, and free use of our cloakroom.

Unique 30 Minute pre-show event with Harlem Globetrotters members - shoot, pass and dribble on court!

Designated check in with our on-site event staff

Please be prepared to arrive early as the Magic Pass registration will begin at 5pm. (Times subject to change).
Please note The Magic Pass upgrade should be purchased alongside an event ticket, and adults accompanying children must also have a Magic Pass. 

Under 14s will need to be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

Doors open: 6.30pm
Show begins: 7.15pm
Show ends: 9pm
There will be opportunites for autographs in the foyer at the end 

Important: Please leave plenty of time to clear security checks before the event begins.

All bags will be searched. Bags larger than an A4 size piece of paper will not be permitted into the Arena.  Please note if your bag is deemed too big it will be put in our cloakroom at a charge, so please only bring the essentials with you. Our cloakroom is open for bags and coats at £2 an item. Please do not bring shopping bags to the show, arrange to leave them somewhere safe elsewhere.  Rucksacks of any kind will not be permitted into the building.

Please remember to keep your belongings safe, especially your mobile phone - don't let pick pockets win. 

Items prohibited from being brought into the venue include: 
Professional audio or video recording devices | Professional Cameras | Go Pros or Ipads/tablets | Selfie Sticks | Glass | Cans | Bottles of any type | Fireworks | Alcoholic beverages | Laser pens, lights/torches, tasers  | Signs larger than A3 (paper only) | Food or drink | Umbrellas

Our staff are well trained and observant and they are doing their jobs to the best of their ability. Please show them the respect they deserve in these testing times.

When inside the building, stewards are available to help and guide you. Toilets are located on ground floor and 1st floor, and we have a restaurant and a bar on the second floor (Level 2). More information about facilities at the venue can be found here

The show will include smoke effects. 

Smoking area:  
There is a dedicated smoking area situated near the front entrance of the Arena, accessible via the foyer following admission.  Please be aware that this area can become busy at times and there may be a delay accessing it. We appreciate your patience.

On the Main South Wales to London railway line - alight at Cardiff Central Station. From the Valleys, alight at Cardiff Queen Street Station. The Arena is just a few minutes walk from both stations.

By Bus

Head to the centre of Cardiff. Motorpoint Arena is just a few minutes walk from Cardiff Central train station.

By air

Cardiff International Airport is only 30mins drive from the city centre.

We don't have the room for parking onsite for our audiences, but we are surrounded by plenty of multi-storey car parks.
