Enjoy a starter and main course at our L2 Restaurant & Bar for just £25pp (includes booking fees) on top of your purchased ticket. Your L2 upgrade includes early entry into the venue, cloakroom facility and L2 bar access during the show.  Ask at the Box Office on 029 2022 4488 to upgrade.

Bag Policy
All bags will be searched. Bags larger than an A4 size piece of paper will not be permitted into the Arena. Please note if your bag is deemed too big it will be put in our cloakroom at a charge, so please only bring the essentials with you. Our cloakroom is open for bags, coats and large umbrellas at £3 an item. Please do not bring shopping bags to the show, arrange to leave them somewhere safe elsewhere. Umbrellas that fit in a bag smaller than an A4 piece of paper are permitted. 

Rucksacks of any kind will not be permitted into the building. 

Our staff are well trained and observant and they are doing their jobs to the best of their ability. 
Please show them the respect they deserve in these testing times.  

Bars and facilities at the venue
When inside the building, stewards are available to help and guide you. Bars and toilets are located on the ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. More information about facilities at the venue can be found HERE.

Two of our main Arena bars are cashless - clearly indicated, so please have your cards/contactless/Apple Pay at the ready! 

We now sell a range of London Fields Brewery drinks as well as Boodles gin and Corky's. A wine selection is on sale, including bottles to share. We also have two pint cups available to save you a few trips to the bar!

Please remember to keep your belongings safe, especially your mobile phone - don't let pick pockets win. 

Items prohibited from being brought into the venue include 
Professional audio or video recording devices | Professional Cameras | Go Pros or Ipads/tablets | Selfie Sticks | Glass | Cans | Bottles of any type | Fireworks | Alcoholic beverages | Laser pens, lights/torches | Signs larger than A3 (paper only) | Food or drink

Special effects 
The show will feature lighting effects and smoke effects.  Strobe lighting will be used during the show.

Smoking area
There is a designated smoking and vaping area situated near the front entrance of the Arena, accessible via the foyer following admission.  Please be aware that this area can become busy at times and there may be a delay accessing it. We appreciate your patience.

Head to the centre of Cardiff. Motorpoint Arena is just a few minutes walk from Cardiff Central train station.

By air

Cardiff International Airport is only 30mins drive from the city centre.
