There are several ways to book tickets for our events

Our Box Office staff can help with your query. Whether it’s picking the best seats, or talking you through our seating plans, we’re here to help. (And we’re on a local telephone number too which is always good).

Buying through our Box Office means that you can buy with confidence.  We are S.T.A.R registered so you can feel reassured and avoid any nasty tricks from some other online ticket providers. We also provide a waiting list service so if tickets become available for that sold out show - our team will try and call you to take your booking.

On show days
The Box Office counter will open for ticket collections and ticket sales (subject to availability) up until the main act takes to the stage (subject to change).
On weekend show day the Box Office is open from 4pm up until the main act takes to the stage (subject to change).

Group bookings

Get a group together and you can enjoy further discounts. (Just make sure you do a group selfie and send it to us). Email [email protected] to find out how much you can save.


What facilities are available for disabled customers at the venue?

We aim to provide the best possible experience for all of our customers, and we are proud of our Live Access services. Our Box Office will look after your booking and our dedicated Live Access Team will look after you when you get here. Go to the Live Access page if you need to get in contact.

Do you have a hearing loop?

We have a radio frequency hearing system here at the Arena that, where possible, is fed from a direct feed from the toured sound desk. You can chose to connect to a neck-worn induction loop or headphones. If you would like to use the system please head to our Reception Desk in the foyer. We charge a £20 deposit for the hearing loop equipment which will be refunded upon its return.

Where can I park?

How do I get to the Arena?

What should I do if I have a problem on the night?

Just let our stewards or security know on the night. Our Team are there to make your evening as enjoyable as possible and will try and help with any problems you have. It is difficult for our Customer Service team to respond to a problem if it is not reported at the time.
